How do I change the date for my next shipment?

If you didn't create an account while ordering, see this article for instructions. Please use the same email address you used during checkout.

  • Log in to your Ka'Chava account.
  • Click Edit Subscription button.

  • Click Edit for the subscription you would like to change delivery frequency for.

  • Click Change next shipment date.

  • Pick the date and click Save.
