We offer a full refund up to 60 days after purchase, even if the product has been opened (max of 1 opened bag for each flavor). You will be responsible for covering the return shipping cost only.
Here are the steps to return the package and receive a refund:
- Write your name and order # either on the shipping box, or on a piece of paper inside the box (this will help us process your return as quickly as possible).
- Seal the package with tape to secure the contents inside during transit.
- Choose any carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, etc) and a service with a tracking number. NOTE: Hold on to your shipping receipt to ensure that you still get a refund, even if your return package is lost or delayed. Do NOT write "Return to Sender" or "Refused" on the package, as this may cause confusion.
