Return Procedures

We offer a full refund up to 60 days after purchase, even if the product has been opened (max of 1 opened bag for each flavor). You will be responsible for covering the return shipping cost only.

Here are the steps to return the package and receive a refund:

  1. Write your name and order # either on the shipping box, or on a piece of paper inside the box (this will help us process your return as quickly as possible).
  2. Seal the package with tape to secure the contents inside during transit.
  3. Choose any carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, etc) and a service with a tracking number. NOTE: Hold on to your shipping receipt to ensure that you still get a refund, even if your return package is lost or delayed. Do NOT write "Return to Sender" or "Refused" on the package, as this may cause confusion.
